Liability Waiver Term

 

Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participating in the Swamp Gamez mobile gaming experience involves certain risks, including but not limited to minor injuries related to the use of electronic equipment and physical activity.

 

Waiver of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Swamp Gamez, its owners, employees, and affiliates from all liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur because of my participation.

 

Responsibility for Minors: If the participant is a minor, I confirm that l am the legal guardian and l assume all responsibilities for their participation.

 

Compliance with Rules: I agree to follow all posted rules and instructions given by Swamp Gamez staff.

 

Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, I authorize Swamp Gamez to seek treatment on my behalf.
