Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Full Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled event. 

  • Partial Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may be subject to a partial refund, depending on the time frame. 

  • No Refund will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the event or no shows. 

  • Weather Policy: If the event is cancelled due to severe weather, customers can reschedule or receive a full refund.
